To prepare, inform and advocate, on behalf of the business and residential community, environmental concerns and emergency preparation and response planning.

Members are from faculty and students,this group has support from Vocational Technical Education Act (VTEA) funding and will concentrate its efforts in two areas:
  • instructional curriculum to prepare students for careers involving sustainable resources and renewable energy;
  • the Citrus College carbon footprint – how to reduce, reuse, and recycle.

The California Environmental Information Catalog - is an online directory for reporting and discovery of information e-sources for California. Participants include cities, counties, utilities, state and federal agencies, private businesses and academic institutions that have spatial and other types of data resources. The Catalog has been developed through a collaborative effort with the California Geographic Information Association, California Environmental Resources Evaluation System, and the Federal Geographic Data Committee.

EarthTrends - is an online collection of information regarding the environmental, social, and economic trends that shape our world.
